Today’s Mortgage Rate 3/7/24

Today's Mortgage Rate 3724

With the drop-in rates the applications for purchasing a home has increased. This shows that the rates fluctuating has an effect on homebuyer’s decision to buy or not to buy. Homebuyers want to customize their home ownership to the financial decision that will not impact them negatively for a loan that lasts 30 years and rightfully so. However, as a reminder to home buyers, always shop around for rates. There is an option for lenders to do a soft pull which will not affect your credit score. You can always request that option as you shop around to find the best rate.

What is Florida’s State Insect?

 The Answer

With yellow stripes as it’s camouflage, it’s hard to tell whether it is going or coming, making it hard to catch as it flies about. These insects fly slowly and gracefully but are not startled easily. At nights they return to the same place daily and gather in roosts. The female lays her eggs on various species of passionflower plants called Passiflora. This flower provides toxins to the caterpillars causing them to be distasteful to predators. This causes the adult’s patterns to be striking making it known to predators that it has quite a bit of toxicity. If you guessed a Zebra Longwing Butterfly, you guessed right. This butterfly is a neotropical butterfly therefore it resides in the southern parts of America, South America and the West Indies, Mexico and Central America.
